Axalta Coating Systems currently seeks an OEM Account Sales Representative in the Arkansas, Oklahoma or Texas markets.  This position works from a home office.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our current customer base through an understanding of customer success factors and implementation of Axalta products, processes and programs. He/she will also be responsible for developing and selling our solutions based offerings for current and targeted accounts via account analysis and a thorough understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing all facets of customer paint application process
  • Account retention and forecasted growth within assigned customer base.
  • Managing financial aspects of customer base, to include sales forecasting, product demand, sales policy allowances and accounts receivables.
  • Managing expenses within forecasted budget.
  • Managing all aspects of customer paint application process to include:
  • Development/Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Monthly application/procedure Audits-Reviewed/Communicated to all levels within account.
  • Root/Cause analysis development for continuous process improvement  
 
The ideal candidate will possess:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field or 5 to 7 years of sales experience within the OEM/Industrial Finishing segment.
  • Proficiency with all aspects of MS Office
  • Self-directed/motivated with a proven record of team/individual sales, account retention.
  • Ability to function autonomously in an unstructured environment.
  • Ability to communicate and present oneself in a professional manner within all levels of account base.
  • Strong organizational, presentation and time management skills.
  • Ability to use problem-solving skills to identify and develop resolutions to account technical and administrative related concerns.
  • Ability to network and resource internally and externally to resolve problems in a cost-effective way.
  • Strong understanding of Paint processes and equipment used in the OEM segment.
  • Knowledge of local/national regulatory requirements.
