These are the requirements and the necessary qualifications to become a Production Leader:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related degree.
- 5-8 years professional experience in the industry.
- Willingness to step-up as a future leader
- Strong business analytics, relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Demonstrates creative and critical thinking skills, hands-on mentality and ownership behavior.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas to summarize complex issues.
