Voltatex 8536
Voltatex® 8536 is a nano-modified Polyamide-imide enamel, based on an innovative inorganic-organic hybrid polymer. Magnet wires insulated with Voltatex 8536 as single, basecoat, mid-coat, topcoat have outstanding resistance to partial discharges as they occur e.g. in inverter fed motors. Additional typical properties are their good chemical resistance, peel-off performance, extremely excellent flexibility and adhesion, acc. IEC 60851. Voltatex 8536 can be applied in different Voltron Systems with Voltatex 7740 or Voltatex 7735 FL or Voltatex 8536 on big round wire and flat wire. Combined with other Voltatex wire enamel products Voltatex 8536 is usable for round and flat wires acc. ANSI/NEMA MW 35-C, MW 36-C, MW 73-C, MW 102-A-C. Magnet wires coated with Voltatex 8536 as basecoat, mid-coat or topcoat exceed the requirements and technical conditions of IEC 60317-13/22/25. Listed test results based on Axalta Coating Systems standards, following IEC standards 60851.
