Voltatex 8534
Voltatex® 8534 is a nano-modified Polyamide-imide enamel, based on a new inorganic-organic hybrid polymer. Magnet wires insulated with Voltatex 8534 as single or topcoat have outstanding resistance to partial discharges as they occur e.g. in inverter fed motors. Additional typical properties are their good chemical resistance, and transformer oil resistance acc. IEC 60851-4. Voltatex 8534 can be applied in different Voltron Systems with Voltatex 7740 or Voltatex 7735 FL. Combined with other Voltatex wire enamel products Voltatex 8534 is usable for wires acc. ANSI/NEMA MW 35-C, MW 36-C, MW 73-C, MW 102-A-C. Magnet wires coated with Voltatex 8534 as topcoat exceed the requirements and technical conditions of IEC 60317-13/22/25. Listed test results based on Axalta Coating Systems standards, following IEC standards 60851.
