Voltatex 6727
The main characteristic of Voltatex® 6727 enameled magnet wires is the excellent solderability with improved cut through temperature, heat shock and temperature index. Pin-hole and crazing resistance according to Japanese standard is one of the key properties of magnet wires enamelled with Voltatex 6727. Compared to Voltatex 6534 with an identical temperature index class, the other thermal properties are exceeded in all essential respects. Magnet wires coated with Voltatex 6727 exceed the requirements and technical conditions of IEC 60317-51 and acc. ANSI/NEMA MW 82-C. Combined with other Voltatex wire enamel products Voltatex 6727 is usable for wires acc. ANSI/NEMA MW 83-C. Listed test results based on Axalta Coating Systems standards, following IEC standards 60851.
