Voltatex 1254
Voltatex® 1254 is designed for use on fully finished and semi-finished electrical steel. We recommend the usage in e-mobility - high efficiency machines as this material provides advantages therefore. Furthermore the use in rotating and static machines of all sizes is recommended.
The coating especially provides a high thermal resistance, a good weldability and an outstanding punching behaviour. The most important advantage of the material is the extremly high insulation resistance, even at thinnest layers.
With its precisely engineered surface, this material delivers outstanding insulation resistance—even in ultra-thin layers—while offering exceptional dot-bonding performance, making it the ideal choice for next-generation, high-performance applications
