Requirement
Refurbishment of station steel work.
Preparation
Surfaces degreased and pressure jetted to remove salt contamination prior to hand preparation to St3 standard of EN ISO 8501-1: 2007. Surfaces then steam cleaned to ensure full removal of salt contamination. Tests for salt carried out prior to coating.
Coatings
A primer coat of Corroless™ EPF and a top coat of Corroless™ RF65. Stripe coats were applied where appropriate for both coats.
