Ms. Morschel has served as Axalta's Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer since January 2025. Prior to this, Ms. Morschel led the Refinish Marketing and Commercial Operations teams across the globe. A native of Brazil, Ms. Morschel began her career at DuPont Performance Coatings in 1995 as a chemist. Over the next several years, she progressed through a series of technical assignments in the Industrial Coatings business. In 2001, she joined the Refinish business where she advanced through leadership roles in product and marketing management. She earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil), an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School and completed the Chief Marketing Officer Program at Kellogg School of Management.
