At Axalta we’ve designed a range of training programs that not only improve the skills and knowledge of the tradesperson, but go a long way in delivering better performance in the bodyshop. Some of the techniques learned in training can lead to the elimination of waste and reduction in costs, while keeping cycle time to a minimum.
We work with attendees to demonstrate the latest coating technologies, industry-leading training techniques and advanced digital equipment to enable repairers to deliver the highest quality refinish. Our LPI Accredited training programs have been developed to offer flexibility to our customers.
Axalta Academy, our state-of-the-art training platform offers both in-person and online training. Through our Axalta Refinish Academies across Australia and New Zealand, we deliver face-to-face training for each brand and offer an online platform to access specialised training courses.
