As we gear up for Axalta’s 2018 Global Automotive Color of the Year in January, we close out our yearlong celebration of the 2017 Global Automotive Color of the Year – Gallant Gray.

Gallant Gray is a luxurious color enhanced with blue and silver flakes that provide a unique sparkle effect. With this special shimmer, Gallant Gray is anything but dull.

Shades of gray have been popular for more than 50 years. In 1953, gray even ranked third among the most popular automotive colors in the U.S.
