Basel, Switzerland – 4 December 2018 – Axalta, a leading global supplier of liquid and powder coatings, has added a new product to its Energy Solutions Portfolio – Voltatex^® 1250V Fast. It’s an electrical steel coating designed to save both time and energy when used on fully-finished and semi-finished electrical steel.

Voltatex 1250V Fast is a C5 coating designed for use with rotating and static machines of all sizes. It offers excellent weldability, even at thicker film builds, allowing for high productivity and flawless welds for all electrical steel grades. Due to its specifically optimised surface characteristics, coated materials are also easy to process, with fast throughput during the slitting and stamping process.

That is exactly what we have achieved with Voltatex 1250V Fast.
